CRE Mortgage Broker / Capital Markets

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and negotiate favorable terms for clients. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, sales acumen, and a solid foundation in underwriting and mortgage servicing.

The Mountaintop Group is a boutique real estate advisory firm specializing in third-party acquisitions, capital markets, and consulting. Our platform is supported by an affiliate investment company focused on industrial assets nationwide.

This position is strictly 100% commission-based. We provide strong internal support, but no base salary is offered.

What You'll Do:

• Source debt financing for industrial, multifamily, office, and retail properties nationwide.
• Build lender relationships with banks, credit unions, private lenders, and institutions.
• Advise clients on loan structures and coordinate closings.
• Work closely with our internal investment team on acquisitions and refinancing.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and stay on top of market trends.
• Collaborate via Microsoft Teams and prepare materials using Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a 100% commission opportunity. Compensation is earned through closed deals only.

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance or mortgage brokerage.
• Active real estate license (or willing to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of commercial underwriting and lender expectations.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tax credits and C-PACE.
• Skilled communicator, self-starter, and proven closer.
